SPUG: dealing with HTML on list (was: Independent project)

I just delete mail with HTML in it, provided my spam filter doesn't
get it (it's set to stun, not kill, HTML, but it only takes a few
poorly chosen words to slide over the line).  So I'm indifferent as
to whether the list server makes the conversion.
