SPUG: Who owns the wiki?

I updated the wiki with the recently posted meeting, and cleaned up the front 
page by moving some content to separate pages.  I hope there are no 
objections.

Also, most of the users in the wiki userlist appear to be spammers, and there 
was a lot of spam at the end of the front page - would it be possible to set 
up a captcha or some other filter to keep it out?

I'm also curious as to why a perl group is using a PHP (hisss!) wiki, but 
MediaWiki _is_ very pretty :).
