jonathan worthington created languages/dotnet/ in about six months
time, if i recall. it's incomplete, but what is complete is excellent.
.net is *huge*, so ability to translate all of it to parrot bytecode
will take significant man-hours. and i expect much of the work
completed so far could easily be reused to perform a parrot to .net
bytecode converter. i'm sure it would be well worth the time invested.
