The next Greater Seattle Linux Users Group (GSLUG) meeting will be on
Saturday, May 14, 2005. It starts promptly at 10:00 a.m. on the
North Seattle Community College Campus.

The topic will be:

by Ian 'cdine' Gallagher.
Ian Gallagher will be covering the uses, implementation, and security
aspects of wireless networking. The major focus will be on the hardware
available for today's wireless networks. Examples will be provided
for everyone to check-out and play with. Applications for wireless
implementation on Linux and BSD will be demonstrated.

Speaker Bios: Ian 'cdine' Gallagher
Ian has been interested in technology ever since there was a computer
around and something new to take apart. His Linux use started around
2000,
with a further interest in security and privacy, which spawned the Neg9
security group in late 2003. Ian is currently a student at NSCC and also
works part-time in their IT services department.
