SPUG: Acme Debugger hits the streets

Leon Brocard (aka acme)[1] got into a Autrijus-like frenzy (also known has
the Ingy Coding Flu) and whipped[2] out a new object-oriented Perl
debugger[3] with tests, documentation and a JavaScript/Web front end[4].
