Here's one topical idea:

The deadline for OSCON proposals is Sunday, so those folks who have
submitted proposals could tell us what they proposed, and get constructive
feedback from the audience on their ideas.

(I'm a submitter, but I don't think I'll make it to the meeting myself.)
