SPUG: SVN $Rev$ and Perl $VERSION

What's the magic incantation to get a subversion $Rev$ keyword into a Perl
$VERSION variable for use in the Build.PL or Makefile.PL?

I've seen it.  I could reconstruct it.  But I bet you already know the
answer.....

Something like....

use version; our $VERSION = blah_blah_blah_using_qv_and_$Rev$
