You should be able to "perldoc Astro::Time".  If not, you can view the 
modules documentation at 
http://search.cpan.org/~cphil/Astro-0.64/Astro/Time.pm and it might be 
helpful to look at the test script to see examples of it's use, 
http://search.cpan.org/src/CPHIL/Astro-0.64/test.pl.
