How about SpamAssassin and Amavisd-new?
Those are written in perl, and do a damn fine job of keeping our mail
secure.

I'm curious if there is a list somewhere of real world or even better "brand
name" applications written in Perl?
Looking around I can find many c# (*.aspx pages) and whatever form of Java
(*.jsp, *.jhtml), but I don't see many *.pl sites.
Does need to be front end web application. If someone know for sure some
back-end application written in Perl I would be interested to know as well.
