SPUG: Pre- & Post- meeting venues

Does anyone want to get together for dinner before the next meeting? There
are great places to eat and talk in the International District (aka
Chinatown).

After the last meeting, some folks went to "Garage Billiards[1] for a
quick pitcher and plate of limp fries". Can anyone give a report on that?
Got information that would help others decide if they should schedule time
after the meeting to join others?
