The pace does seem to be picking up a little (two in August, three in
September, four in October, and three halfway through November).  I do wish the
pm.org lists would show the full Received headers so that proper complaints
could be made; without those, I don't even have the satisfaction of trying to
get them shut down.

In fact, I've been getting so much spam from Chinese and South Korean servers
with unresponsive and incompetent sysadmins that I've just been banning .cn and
.kr from my email server on a wholesale basis lately.  My rejection message
lists alternative contact information for cases of legitimate traffic, but
truthfully, I've never gotten any legitimate traffic from .kr or .cn.
