Using MIME::Tools (i.e., MIME::Entity's build()) would obviate
generating the boundary yourself. Nevertheless, the specification is
below.

syntax"):

   boundary := 0*69<bchars> bcharsnospace

                 / "," / "-" / "." / "/" / ":" / "=" / "?"
