SPUG: Changes in UBOCC parking schedule

The people that manage the parking facility in the Union Bank of
California Center (where N2H2, Inc. is located and SPUG is held) has
changed the operating hours for the underground parking facility.

The parking facility closes on Monday through Friday at 10:00 PM. Those
leaving the facility after 10:00 PM will be charged a $25.00 Release Fee.
