Haven't gotten mine yet...didn't they just change publishers with the
last issue?  Wonder if that could be related?

Oh...there's an idea...I just went to www.tpj.com (which redirects to
www.itknowledge.com/tpj/) and it has issue #15 (Fall 99) as the current issue
and mentions "Issue #16 will ship mid-January", so I guess we're jumping the
gun here a bit :-).
