SPUG: spug CPAN

I'm not saying it's not on-charter, I'm suggesting it's perhaps time to move the
discussion to a special interest (sub)list for those who want to participate
at the detail level.

I'd guess there have been maybe 50 messages or more discussing
low-level arrangements once the decision to do something was made.

My opinion is that 20+ messages a day at the detail level is a bit much,
but that's just my opinion.  I know how to hit 'delete' as needed :-)
