[Southampton-pm] Announcing first SPM technical meeting!

It is my pleasure to announce the very first technical meeting of
Southampton Perl Mongers!

We will kick off this meetup with a great speaker, Anton Oussik, who will
introduce us to Machine Learning with Perl6.

Lets get together to celebrate this special occasion with pizza. if you
