[SP-pm] erro na instalação do local::lib

Oi Eden Cardim, eu fiz que você me pediu, depois tentei novamente, mas deu esse erro:

 

/bin/sh: /usr/bin/cc: Permission denied
make: *** [Moose.o] Error 126
  DROLSKY/Moose-1.09.tar.gz
  /usr/bin/make -- NOT OK
Running make test
  Can't test without successful make
Running make install
  Make had returned bad status, install seems impossible
