Uma dica: voce pode gerar diff entre versoes de um modulo no search.cpan.org:

* um modulo
http://search.cpan.org/~dormando/Gearman-1.11/

* clicando em 'other tools' voce cai em
http://search.cpan.org/tools/Gearman-1.11

* um exemplo de diff pra esse modulo
http://search.cpan.org/diff?from=Gearman-1.10&to=Gearman-1.11
