Concordo.

Porém, aqui no Brasil as pessoas não são treinadas ao longo de sua
vida para lerem.

Nâo é minha obrigação ensinar isso, mas também não me custa. Se custar
posso me valer do sagrado direito de não dizer nada.

"RTFM" por si é inútil, mas "RTFM nos docs X, Y e Z" traz luz ao mundo.
