[Santa-rosa-pm] Looking for experts: Eclipse on Windows

I know some of you do your development on Windows, and some of you like
to use Eclipse as your IDE, and some of you use gdb for debugging.

If any of you actually can claim *all three* of those together, or know
someone who can, please reply -- I know someone who's having a very
frustrating problem with the combination, and needs some help.
