Those *are* some really interesting observations.

And what do you think the story is there?  Programmers with diverse language experience write better code?  Or do the projects themselves incorporate multiple languages, which means they have wider applicability?

Curious.  How did you define success?  And what does "submitted" mean?  A pull request?

> Maybe one thing CPAN/stratopan could improve is ways to integrate with other programming language development tools or workflows and encourage a diverse group of programmers to work with perl. 

Yes, I'll meditate on that for a while.
