[sf-perl] episodic cloud-based computation?

I've been using GoGrid for testing client projects.  Their webGUI for
controlling instances is quite user-friendly, and I like their simple
pricing model which lets me know exactly how much I'll be paying for X
time (unlike AWS).  Also, the individual cloud machines are MUCH faster
than anything Amazon will promise you.

Several other PGX'ers have been using Linode; I don't know how that
compares, or if it even runs Windows.
