[sf-perl] XML::Xerces and OS X 10.6

Tried to compile it myself, and the latest CPAN version of XML::Xerces expects to use Xerces 2.7 not 2.8 which is the one available in ports
Since you don't want to use another parser (which should be a trivial work), I would recommend you to download and compile xerces-c 2.7 and link the Perl library to it.
