Of the two main ones I'm working on/at,
artfinder.com is python + django + postgresql + jquery
investor-dynamics.com is perl + catalyst + mysql + jquery

(Django's ORM is a lot more straightforward to me than DBIC. Perl's
syntax can really get in the way sometimes, IMO. Catalyst OTOH I think
can pretty do much do more than any other framework.)
