[sf-perl] December perl gathering?

I was thinking that we might try to do a social get together with
another group, such as the Postgresql group or SV Perl.

We might be able to hold a get together Citizen Space or something
like that and bring our own food and drinks (pretty sure I can find
sponsors for the space cost).
