[sf-perl] Computer Assisted Translation

I was wondering if anyone out there had any recommendations for a good
computer aided translation system?
We're working with multiple translators and currently sending around
spreadsheets which we then
convert to po files.  It is a management nightmare and is prone to error.
 We gave Pootle a shot but it wasn't up to snuff.
