[sf-perl] POD - there's an app for that

This is 100 kinds of awesome. 

As the author says, though, a mobile web view would probably have been much easier and faster... Why hasn't anyone written one yet? I do see that someone has written a Plack iPhone-converting Middleware section, but it doesn't seem to be hosted publicly.
