[sf-perl] TLS over AUTH

Hello...

I am having a hard time trying to do send emails in Perl using SSL/TLS over
AUTH.
I attempt to install this feature in every way possible, but cannot find all
the components.
When I find one in CPAN, it does not have the other things I need to make
this work.

Is there a perl installation software (FREE) out there which has everything
in one package for SSL/TLS???
