[sf-perl] Reminder: no December meeting

Hi, everyone,

Just a reminder that, since the fourth Tuesday falls on December 26,
there's no meeting this month.  Well, if anyone wants to step up and
host a food thing, that's fine with me, but I'll be out of town. :)
