[sf-perl] Duplicate copies of messages

I'm seeing quite a few duplicate messages, caused by the following
combination of addresses:

  To: San Francisco Perl Mongers User Group <sanfrancisco-pm at pm.org>
  Cc: "San Francisco Perl Users' Group" <sfpug at sf.pm.org>

As these resolve to the same list, you only have to use one of them!
