[San-Diego-pm] Getting modules

I don't have much experience with Perl on Windows (whether it's ActiveState
or Strawberry), so I can only offer up some alternative sources for
guidance. It seems that 5.18.1.1 is a few years old, so maybe downloading
and installing a newer version. It appears 5.24.0.1 is the most recent.
Also, the website indicates some sources for help:
http://strawberryperl.com/support.html

A quick Google search for "image::size strawberry perl" produced this hit:
https://www.imagemagick.org/discourse-server/viewtopic.php?t=29426

You could also try hitting up PerlMonks.org, or see if there is any help
from the developers of the modules.
