[San-Diego-pm] Shebang path issue

I have these files, I use Active State perl to build exe's etc that I run
to support windows based systems as well as CGI scripts. What I have down
is this, depends on you version I would assume:
perl.exe, perl5.??.exe, Perl5??.dll, Perl5??.dll, PerlEx??.dll, perlglob.exe

For modules, you may get better info from some of the others here on the
list with more experience.
