[San-Diego-pm] Perl Mongers booth at SCALE 9x and (late) Call for papers

hi,

excuse me for invading the local Perl Mongers list but going
through the archives I have not seen SCALE being mentioned.
Some of you might know me, I am the person with the strange idea
that if we want to have more people know about Perl we should go
to non-Perl events and show our staff there.

So I got myself involved in organization of the Perl presence at
SCALE 9x   http://www.socallinuxexpo.org/ that is going to
take place between 25-27 February 2011 in Los Angeles.

We are going to have there a Perl Mongers booth and we
need some help to (wo)man that booth. More urgently, there
is still a chance to submit a talk proposal and present a Perl
based solution to some real world problem.

The dead-line is less than a week away so please hurry up
submitting your talk proposals.
