Web Development (Perl)

A growing company located in Sorrento Valley seeks a Web Developer (Perl).
My client is focused on providing comprehensive backoffice services to
record labels, publishers and other music rightsholders. These services
allow its customers the freedom to pursue new revenue streams by providing
the back-end support required to manage multiple and inconsistent data
sources and accurately compensate artists, publishers and songwriters.


The Perl Developer will report to the CTO and become a key developer within
a talented engineering team (LAMP). Primary responsibilities include ongoing
development and support of the company's flagship products as well as
development of future products.


Experience, knowledge and skills;


.               3 + years experience building and shipping commercial web
applications

.               3 + years of experience with Perl, Apache, Linux, and MySQL

.               Strong working knowledge of XML, XHTML, CSS, and Javascript

.               Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other technical
degree
