[San-Diego-pm] Neat perl module

For those of you that were at the meeting, I remembered the name of that
module by Rockway for handling temp directories.   It's especially useful
when writing tests where you definitely want to clean up files after
yourself.   I was actually using it in combination with the Subversion SWIG
bindings to stage files from SVN before pushing them out to a filesystem.
It came in very handy for that.
