We have recently inherited a site that is written in perl. Lot of web based searching of flatfile dbs. I'm looking for someone to do maintenance and functionality enhancement work on it. The code *seems* to be clean and nicely written. Need someone to spend a couple of hours learning the code and then be able to answer "how long would it take to add xyz functionality" questions, and of course do the work. Our primary business is hosting, but we seem to be doing an increasing amount of webdev stuff too. I'm hoping to find someone who can do this project, and if we continue to get similar work, would be interested in being our "perl" guy/gal (and possibly PHP/Python/etc., depending on the skill set). If interested please contact me directly using the info below. -- Matt Brown LAMP Host 619-825-5987 mattbrown@lamphost.net http://www.lamphost.net ~sdpm~ The posting address is: san-diego-pm-list@hfb.pm.org List requests should be sent to: majordomo@hfb.pm.org If you ever want to remove yourself from this mailing list, you can send mail to with the following command in the body of your email message: unsubscribe san-diego-pm-list If you ever need to get in contact with the owner of the list, (if you have trouble unsubscribing, or have questions about the list itself) send email to . Message-ID: <20040116181637.GB2563@energoncube.net> ~sdpm~ Hey Fellow Perl Mongers, Sorry I forgot to get this out earlier this week. But I'm reminding everyone now, so don't forget that there is a meeting Tuesday, January 20th, at 7PM. We had discussed last month about having this be a social meeting at one of the local nickel arcades, but I haven't acutally contacted any of them, so we will do that next month. I'll have the details about next month's social gathering at this month's meeting, which is going to be at the same place it has been for the past several months, Callahan's in Mira Mesa. Let me know if you need directions or any other help getting there. Otherwise send me a quick RSVP so I can make sure to get a properly sized table. See you all there on Tuesday! ~sdpm~ The posting address is: san-diego-pm-list@hfb.pm.org List requests should be sent to: majordomo@hfb.pm.org If you ever want to remove yourself from this mailing list, you can send mail to with the following command in the body of your email message: unsubscribe san-diego-pm-list If you ever need to get in contact with the owner of the list, (if you have trouble unsubscribing, or have questions about the list itself) send email to .
