I used to have access to this file. It's maybe still on my old PowerMac that is now boxed and in the garage. If I run across a backup of this mac I'll look for this file. I've checked on globalvillage web site, they don't provide it anymore. However, you can still drop a file at their techsupport. I"m sure you'll find someone cooperative and willing to dig in some old spec files.
