How can I use $ENV{HOME} in a path without getting the warning.
Example:
<A HREF="$ENV{HOME}/admin1/DBfunctions.html">Database</A>
Another Example:
$dbh =
DBI->connect("DBI:mysql:cuesuo:mysql_read_default_file=$ENV{HOME}/.my.cnf","
name","password",{PrintError=>1,RaiseError=>1});
