Try out

    http://search.cpan.org

On the left side of the page under "CPAN Search:" is a pull-down menu.
If you choose "Module" from the menu and search for "https" you'll get
a list of 4 modules. Repeat the procedure using "Documentation" from
the menu and you'll get one more module.
