Tuesday the 11th of October our meeting will feature lightning talks.

Our format will be a series of 5 and 10 minute talks on any subject that
you feel would be interesting to a group such as ours.  It does not have to
be Perl at the core.

But we really do want to hear from you.  Currently I have three slots
filled, but would like a total of six to eight.  If you have something
interesting that you would like to present in a 5 or 10 minute slot, please
let me know.

Tonight at 7:00pm Perl Mongers will be meeting at the Mojo office in Draper
for Lightning Talks.
Our version of lightning talks includes the following:

Doran Barton -- DBIX::Class
Nicolas Rochelemange -- Introduction to Perl Internals in less than 10m
Dave Oswald -- A Few Minutes of Flocking.
John Whitney -- Projects with Teletype
James Lance -- vim for Perl

Unlike YAPC we're not adhering strictly to 5-minutes with a gong waiting at
the end. Each presentation (except for vim) is anticipated to be 5 to 10
minutes, and the remainder of our time will be devoted to vim.

Food will be provided.

We are looking for an junior full stack engineer who can contribute as part
of a larger distributed team to build the APIs that will be the base of our

*Required Qualifications and Experience:*
