[Saltlake-pm] Tomorrow (Tuesday): Perl Mongers

To follow along tomorrow, you can install Docker on your own
laptop/desktop using Docker Machine:

    https://docs.docker.com/machine/install-machine/

Docker Machine creates a Docker host VM on your laptop, and then by
setting some env variables you can talk to the Docker host with the
'docker' program. Docker Machine lets you configure multiple VMs on a
variety of hosts (including your laptop) such as AWS, Azure, Google,
and Digital Ocean.

I'll be making heavy use of some Digital Ocean VMs; you can create
your own DO (for "Digital Ocean", not "David Oswald") Docker VM
(choose "Docker 1.81" under "Applications" when you create your first
Droplet).

Here is a referral link that will give you $10 off (that's good for 2
months of their smallest VM--I also get a credit if/after you buy $25
worth of VMs):

Hasta pasta,

Scott
