[Qatar-pm] Qtel DNS performance

I tested response Qtel's primary DNS server (212.77.192.59). Two sets
of 50 hosts were tested. Unregistered hosts were random strings of
letters, ending in '.com'. Popular hosts were chosen from Alexa.com's
list of popular websites within Qatar.

Ping
min/avg/max/stddev = 18.415/20.941/28.789/1.983 ms

Unregistered Hostnames
min/avg/max/stddev = 239.634/275.962/365.393/41.064 ms

Popular Hostnames
min/avg/max/stddev = 23.020/35.106/409.358/54.044 ms


Qtel's DNS server is caching popular results correctly and you can
expect a response for most cached queries within 150ms (mean+2s.d.).
That's OK, and probably unnoticeable by end users.
