[Purdue-pm] precompilation in Rakudo Perl 6 version 2015.12

+1 for Rakudo Star if what you want is to build stuff with Perl 6. Rakudo
Star might also be fine if you want to hack on the language, but for me
(someone who wants to try out the nifty new Perl 6 features) Rakudo Star is
a good choice.
