Hopefully you were able to attend last night's presentation by Doug Miles.  He did an excellent job as usual.  His presentation sparked an idea for another presentation in my mind.  But I could not think of the term I was looking for, so I did a bit of google digging, and came up with the following...

The term I was trying to come up with last night was "sentiment analysis".  Here is a link to a wiki on the subject.

I thought it would be cool to apply Doug's Naive Bayes spam filtering to a different Bayesian programming algorithm and applying the technique to say ... a twitter feed.
