> Experience building enterprise-wide web applications
> Experience with front-end and server-side web development is highly desirable.
> Can communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
> Learns new languages, skills, and technologies quickly, with minimal guidance
> Excellent troubleshooting skills
> Comfortable using revision control (SVN, CVS)
> Familiar with object-oriented design
