I think I can make it. Given the excellence of your last intro talk,
I strongly encourage you to do the swf mp3+slides trick. What happened
with the vnc2flash trick, anyway?

I could present some fun, miscellanous intermediate thingie, but I'm
interested to see what else is out there.
