I don't have anything prepared yet, but if there is interest, I could
probably talk
about SQL database access from Perl 6, introducing my work-in-progress on
Db::SQLite and Db::MySQL modeled after Db::Pg.  (Complaining about DBIish
thrown in for free.)

Perhaps some forays into accessing C libraries from Perl 6 with NativeCall.
