FWIW, I drive in and park at 1540 Vine St (
http://www.philapark.org/gateway-parking-garage/).

It is $7 after 5pm (used to be $5).

It is ~.7 miles from Promptworks.

There are many people around and businesses open along the walk and I've
never felt unsafe.
