[Philadelphia-pm] CPAN Day Philadelphia PM Meeting Suggestion (August 13)

I was thinking evening which is why I was suggesting the 13th (Wednesday).
If we meet on the 14th at 8pm it will already by the 15th at the PAUSE
server.
