[Pdx-pm] July 13th meeting topic?

If nobody else has anything they want to give, or we want dual short talks,
I could use this as an incentive to get my 20 minute TPC:EU talk "Random
Numbers in Perl" ready early.

It's pretty similar to other talks I've given (less crypto, more generic
PRNGs).
